When you forget and follow your daily routine.. U become a quote “Robot to society”
Some of your routines consist of
- Waking up…
- Shower
- Work
- Home
- Sleep
- Start from #1 again
If you follow this routine I’m pretty sure your missing out on something that you will later regret
LIFE!!!!
Our generation “the 80’s” and especially the “90’s generation are controlled by the thing we called “technology”
Technology is suppose to expand new boundaries we never seen but in all reality its putting us in a bubble and making us smaller..
Meaning…
Physical activity
Remember there was a time where you had to get up, extend your arm, reach to the sky, just to turn on a ceiling fan?
Well now there’s a remote for a ceiling fans these days..
Remember having to go to the store hand pick clothes and drive back home??
Well now we have EBay/ other clothing websites that will ship it directly to you
Remember when a phone was just a phone??
Well now we have a Mini computer in our pockets that also is able to make phone conversations
Now….
Ask yourself.. Could you go a week without your phone? Internet?
Alright back to the subject
All I’m trying to say is stay active don’t be a couch potato
- Ride a bike
- Take a jog
- Go somewhere and leave all your technology at your house
I guarantee if u do random things at random times you will find life to be more enjoyable .
Remember that "Technology is WANT its not a NEED"
How u think people lived 200 yrs ago??
They didn’t have IPHONES or internet… they just lived there life and enjoyed it to the fullest so..
